Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Redeemly platform and services (the “Platform”). Redeemly is a nonprofit ministry organization.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Redeemly provides community features for discipleship, prayer, encouragement, and spiritual growth. The Platform is not a dating service and is not intended to provide professional counseling, medical, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information where required

We may suspend accounts for security reasons or suspected abuse.

4. Community Standards

You agree to follow:

• These Terms
• Our Community Guidelines (incorporated by reference)

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or demean others
• Post sexual content or solicit sexual contact
• Post pornography or explicit material
• Post illegal content, hate speech, or incitement to violence
• Spam, scam, impersonate, or attempt to exploit users
• Attempt to bypass moderation or access restricted areas

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Redeemly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content within the Platform for operating the service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have rights to post it.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

To protect the community, Redeemly may:

• Remove or restrict content
• Limit visibility or features
• Suspend or terminate accounts

Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice, especially for safety reasons.

7. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report content and block other users. Misuse of reporting systems may result in restrictions.

8. Donations (If Enabled)

Redeemly may accept donations to support the nonprofit mission. Donations are typically processed through third-party payment providers.

• Donation refunds (if any) are handled according to our posted donation policy or as required by law.

9. No Professional Advice / Crisis Disclaimer

Redeemly does not provide professional counseling, medical, mental-health, or legal advice.

If you are experiencing a crisis or are in danger, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, or legal compliance.

Some content or records may remain as necessary for safety, moderation logs, or legal obligations.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redeemly disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redeemly is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• User interactions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
